Let’s talk about managing stress levels with food.

Our stress hormones control our “fight or flight response” aka our stress response. When our bodies are in overdrive for long periods of time, we are at risk for emotional and physical burnout.

How do we prevent this burnout?

The opposite of “fight or flight” is “rest & digest” or the parasympathetic mode: this is the state where healing occurs.

How do we support a state of healing?

These stress reducing snacks are the perfect ratio of sodium, potassium and glucose. They help prevent your blood sugar from dropping & protect your stress response from going into overdrive. Grazing on these snacks multiple times a day supports your body's natural healing patterns.
